As a non-coffee drinker, the concept of designing mugs primarily used for coffee is not lost on me. However, I am also not a morning person, so I know the feeling very well. I had a lot of fun thinking of quick short jokes to convey morning grumpiness as well as a few pick-me-ups to balance the snark. I also wanted to experiment with new styles that can also match the tone of its phrases. These were also made into matching stickers to make them accessible to people internationally because broken glass shouldn’t be something you unbox.
